How to play

• First and foremost, surviving the castle's ruthless minions and powerful bosses is the chief aim of Dead Cells. Players must apply a strategy to decode their enemies' patterns to stay alive, or prepare to be sent back to the cell before you can even utter the word “baguette”. Battle against time and improve your mobility as you master frantic 2D combat using a collection of powerful weapons and abilities. The nonlinear progression system allows the layer of new levels with every death while letting the player choose a path suitable for their current loadout and playing style. Carefully redesigned for mobile, the game has two modes available; 'Original' and 'Auto-Hit', plus lots of touch controls and MFi external controller support.
